THE DOCTORS
Dr. Green is a New York native son. He began his post-secondary education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), earning a B.S. degree in Chemistry. Upon graduation, he earned a D. D. S. degree from the Columbia University School of Dental & Oral Surgery. His training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was completed at the Howard University Hospital. He then supplemented his expertise with a fellowship at the Oral Surgical Institute, Nashville, Tennessee, which emphasized the management of Orthognathic and TMJ patients.
An Army Reservist, Dr. Green was deployed to Kuwait in 2003, as a Combat Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2007, he was again deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Dr. Green served our country and troops with the same compassion and quality care that he serves our local community.

Dr.David Chung was originally born and raised in a small farming community in northern Alberta, Canada before moving to New York City in 1995. He obtained his Bachelors of Science at the
University of Alberta, before completing his Doctorate at New York University In 1999. He then
proceeded to complete a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in 2000 and his
surgical residency at Lincoln Medical Center in 2004. He currently holds an appointment on staff at
Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Chung lives in Westchester county and enjoys hiking, cycling, golf, and spending quality time with his family.
